Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Email us at nextgencricketgears@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and send you return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us at nextgencricketgears@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

 

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

• Gift cards.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
